The Spanish real estate can become cheaper by 20 %. Such forecast was announced by the independent real estate analyst Mark Da-Silva.
According to him, in the Spanish real estate market in Spain there were already the objects which are on sale under the cost price of building, but as a whole on the country «the price bottom» is not reached yet.
The crisis in Spain has not yet ended, so the price of local real estate will continue to fall. According to the analyst, in the next few months, property in Spain will become cheaper on average on the market by 20%.
