On the conference minister of the Spanish Government, Beatriz Corredor told that now it’s the best time to buy real estate.

Is this so? Is it the best time to purchase real estate now? Minister Beatriz Corredor argues that it’s so, though, her predecessor, Maria Antonia Trujillo says the opposite. Earlier she was in solidarity with Beatrice and said the same. Who is right?

In her interview to «El Pais» Beatriz Corredor said that now is the best time to buy housing in Spain. "We have the huge choice of real estate, interest rates are reduced to the minimum, and the procedure for registration of the mortgage is easy now. Tax and financial situation is such that now it’s the best time to buy. Although, this question was concerned with houses, not resort estate. This caused excitement among the public and potential investors. The real estate market has reached its bottom and shows the clear trend of growth. It is demonstrated by the gradual increase in prices.
